Quality.
The main quality objective of Bourne Technical Mouldings is to achieve accreditation to the ISO/TS 16949 Standard, whereby a Quality Management System is under development, including full procedures and documentation, in accordance with the required Standard.
We aim to manufacture all our products and to provide all services, right first time, to deliver on time in full and to achieve complete customer satisfaction with zero customer complaints. To achieve this preventative maintenance is included within the Quality Objective Measures.
